What happens to your body when your working out on the regular bases? Your building muscle and having better endurance right? Achieving stronger bones as well as your joints. Exercising also controls your weight. Exercise can help prevent weight gain or help maintain weight loss. It also helps with better sleep. Exercising can be fun and social by giving you that extra energy to spice up your sex life too. Now thats what Im talking about! Here is a mini workout chart to keep you motivated for that busy schedule you have every day. Do each workout for 33 secs in the morning before anything challenge. Make sure you stretch!
Staying hydrated is very important for your health and your well being. Our airways need it. When the body is dehydrated, the airways are restricted by our body in an effort to minimize water loss. If you have bad allergies or asthma, this can make it worse. Water also delivers oxygen throughout our body.. Did you know that drinking water cushions the brain, spinal cord and other sensitive tissues as well? Being dehydrated can affect the function of the brain and the brain structure. This could also lead to problems with thinking and reasoning. Drinking water every day can give your skin that glow like the sun. If your body is dehydrated your skin can become more vulnerable to skin disorders and premature wrinkling. Now as women, we DO NOT! want wrinkles before we have too! So ladies, drink that water! Whats your preference of water or waters? I like drinking alkaline water. If there was no alkaline water my next choice would be that spring water! Do you think there is a difference in the taste of water? For me there is a BIG difference. Taking time out my day to meditate brings peace to my mind, body and soul. When Ive had a long day, I like to relax in a warm bath with epson salt and meditate. Some times I like to add herbs and meditation music. Getting in tuned to my own thoughts and relaxing my brain relieves a lot of stress for me. Relieving that stress helps with giving me the energy I need to get things done in a day. Take time out for yourself each day and meditate. Start by closing your eyes, relaxing and taking deep breaths. This should slow down your thinking to clearing your mind. Some times I listen for the sounds around me and listen to how different each one are. The sounds of birds chirping, the sound of the waves crashing, the sound of the wind blowing, the sound the rain makes. These are a few of my favorites. What are some of yours?
