We do ask that you give us the best possible chance to help you with any ordering difficulties, such as package delays or delivery errors, but ultimately, we want you to be happy with your purchase!

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
Yes, we ship worldwide!  We have customers from all over the world from Australia, New Zealand, Canada, Germany, and Singapore.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDERS?
We have a tracking code for all our orders so you know where your order is!

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
UK Orders: Within 5 - 20 working days from order.
US Orders: Within 5 - 15 working days from order.
International Orders: It usually takes from 10 to 20 working days to ship to most countries, but sometimes the Customs agency within the destination country may choose to delay individual shipments as a random security/inspection measure. On rare occasions, these delays can range from 4 to 8 weeks
During the lead up to Xmas, mail delivery times are going to be at the upper end of our estimate and can take longer.  Estimated delivery times are guidelines only.  We cannot guarantee deliveries will arrive within these delivery windows.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We guarantee that your order will be well packed and will leave our premises in excellent condition.  Myangelz will provide as much assistance as possible in tracing misdirected items but cannot be responsible for items lost by overseas postal services.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before your order has been shipped.  To cancel an order, please contact Customer Service at our support page. They will be happy to process your cancellation and refund.  Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method that was used at the time of purchase.  It typically takes 2-3 business days for the funds to process back into your account.  If your order has already shipped, you must follow our Returns and Exchange policy in order to receive a refund.

HOW DO I RETURN MY PRODUCT?
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order to the warehouse for a full refund.
If you purchase any Bottle that is deemed defective, then that item will be replaced with the identical item.
Free exchanges are given as long as a return request is communicated in under 30 days of receiving the order. 
We will email you once we receive it and process your refund.
